4. How do I choose the right size?

We offer a detailed size guide on each product page. You can measure your head following our guide to ensure a perfect fit. If you’re unsure, our stylists can help you choose the most suitable cap size.

5. How long will my order take to arrive?

Once your wig is handcrafted and quality-checked, it will be shipped via express courier (DHL, FedEx, or UPS). Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

6. How do I track my order?

You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships. You can track your shipment directly through the courier’s website or from your ElysiaWigs account page.

7. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Because each unit is handcrafted and custom-made, we only accept returns or exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos for assistance.

8. How do I care for my ElysiaWig?

  • Gently detangle with a wide-tooth comb before and after wearing.
  • Wash with sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner.
  • Air dry naturally and avoid excessive heat.
  • Store on a wig stand to maintain its shape.
