Can I return my order?

At ElysiaWigs, each piece is meticulously handcrafted with care and precision. While we’re confident you’ll fall in love with your new hairpiece, we understand that sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned.

We gladly accept returns on items that are unworn, unaltered, and untampered with — because your satisfaction is at the heart of what we do.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original pristine condition, meaning:

  • Lace remains uncut and intact
  • The hairpiece is unworn, undamaged, and unstyled
  • Free from any product residue, scent, or signs of wear

How to initiate a return

  • Kindly contact our team via live chat or email at 📧 support@elysiawigs.com within 3 days of receiving your package.
  • Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with the return address and detailed instructions.
  • Please ship your package within 3 days after approval, using a trackable and insured courier service.
  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, please allow up to 5 business days for processing.
  • Refunds are issued to your original method of payment, with a 10% restocking fee deducted.

Can I exchange my order?

We know selecting the perfect wig online can be a delicate decision — that’s why we’re happy to offer exchanges for eligible products.
To be accepted, your item must be unaltered, unworn, and undamaged, with no signs of product use or odor.

How to request an exchange

  • Please reach out to us by live chat or email at 📧 support@elysiawigs.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Once your exchange is approved, you’ll receive the return address.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must use a trackable, insured service.
  • If exchanging for a different style or length, any price difference will be charged accordingly. (Please note: Discount codes cannot be applied to price adjustments.)
  • Your new product will be shipped once the returned item has been received, inspected, and confirmed in its original, unaltered condition.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

We begin crafting your piece soon after your order is placed, so changes are possible only within 24 hours of purchase.
Beyond that period, the order enters production and cannot be modified.

If you wish to cancel your order within the first 24 hours, no fee will apply.
After 24 hours, a 10% handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
